Jaclyn Leit, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker. Since beginning direct clinical practice over 15 years ago, Jaclyn has had the opportunity to help individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Jaclyn begins therapy from a strengths perspective and uses an integrationist approach. No two individuals are the same and that means that each individual’s treatment needs are unique. By building on existing strengths and identifying specific goals, Jaclyn utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to help guide a person to increased self-esteem, improved mood, increased satisfaction with life, and an increased ability to cope with multiple stresses. She helps learn to manage the strong emotions associated with depression, anxiety, chronic illness, relationship stress, and life transitions. She also teaches the individual to learn new adaptive, healthy behaviors.

Jaclyn has extensive experience helping individuals dealing with substance use. She has also specialized in women’s health issues (specifically perinatal mood disorders, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, perinatal loss, and infertility).
